This event is held online.
Come together in community for a 1-hour mindfulness session focusing on cultivating appreciation and gratitude. Through guided meditation, relational practices in dyads and writing prompts, you’ll learn how to widen the scope of appreciation for yourself, others and our world. Please set up in a nourishing spot in your home and bring a journal for writing.
