We’ll unplug from technology and embark on a mindfulness meditation journey in nature on a stunning beach setting with like-minded travelers. We’ll slow down and reconnect with our breath and body through a variety of mindfulness meditation invitations and nature exercises. Transformed, we’ll enjoy drinks from local artisans watching the morning waves crash on the shore or against one of the world’s most soul-filling sunsets. Both morning and sunset experiences are now available!
We’ll meditate outside under the shade of the tulip, fig, black oak and sugar pine trees on the property of a local organic urban farm where I live and work. You’ll be guided through nature-based meditation practices which focus on creating a loving connection to yourself and the land through mindfulness of the senses. Some practices are seated, lying down or on your own exploring the magic of the land in silence. We may have a chance to harvest or taste some farm produce depending on the season!
