Honoring Loss & Transforming Grief Group Interactive

This 1 -hour session is open to all past participants of the Honoring Loss & Transforming Grief in CIRS Recovery 4-week courses.

Based on interest from participants looking to continue exploring the experience of grief, these quarterly classes were created to build on the groundwork laid from the course.

The session will begin with a short grounding practice, a brief teaching on an area of grief and then ample time for interactive community exercises and sharing in with the group to help with processing and transforming grief.

DAY and TIME 

Depending on the number of participants, the class will last between 1 – 1.5 hours.
