Harvesting Healing: An Autumn Morning for CIRS Recovery
Fall is a season of release—of falling away, of letting go of what no longer wants to come forward. It is also a season of gathering—of harvesting the health, strength, and resilience you’ve cultivated through the spring and summer. Harvesting Healing is an invitation to honor this natural rhythm within your own body. Through guided meditation, transformational breathwork, and Biofield Tuning, you’ll gently shed layers, restore balance to your nervous system, and gather the energy you need for the season ahead. Step into the heart of autumn lighter, steadier, and ready to continue your healing journey with renewed vitality.
11:00-11:15 Welcome and Q &A
Settle in, meet the team and ask any questions about the session’s healing modalities.
11:15-11:45 Meditation
Melanie will guide you through a full body scan mindfulness meditation. You’ll be invited to recline or lay down to unwind tension, holding, and bracing patterns which build in the body through CIRS recovery. Through physical release, you’ll be able to open to harvesting your inner capacity for healing.
11:45-12:15 Transformational Breathwork
Morgan will then guide you through a breathwork journey that supports both body and mind in chronic illness recovery. Through a mindful blend of conscious breathing, rhythmic music, and guided messaging, you’ll be invited to release patterns and identities tied to illness that no longer serve your healing.
Just as autumn teaches us to shed what is no longer needed, this journey helps clear stagnant energy, dissolve emotional blocks, and create space for new possibilities. By resetting the nervous system and reprogramming limiting patterns, you open the door for your body’s innate intelligence to guide deeper healing.
You’ll leave the session with a sense of renewal, clarity, and a cellular-level reset—ready to move forward with more lightness, strength, and space for recovery.
12:15-12:45 Collective Biofield Tuning
Gloriana will close out our time together with a deeply restorative Biofield Tuning session — a powerful energetic reset that helps your system fully absorb the healing work of the day. Using specialized tuning forks, she’ll support the release of what’s no longer serving you and anchor in the strength of what’s ready to carry you forward. This closing moment isn’t just relaxation — it’s recalibration. You’ll walk away feeling grounded, lighter, and charged up with clarity, calm, and renewed energy for the season ahead.

Disclaimer:
Transformational breathwork is a profound practice that facilitates deep healing at both the cellular and subconscious levels, activating the body’s innate ability to release stored trauma, rewire the limbic system, and clear emotional blockages. By consciously altering your breath pattern, you flood the body with oxygen, shifting biochemistry, quieting the overactive mind, and accessing deeper states of awareness where suppressed emotions, memories, and stagnant energy can surface and integrate. During this 30 minute breathwork journey, you may experience tingling sensations in the hands and feet, temperature shifts, spontaneous movements, emotional releases, and even temporary muscle tension (tetany) in the hands, feet, or face, which will naturally resolve as the session progresses. As layers of old conditioning dissolve, many people report feeling a sense of clarity, deep release, and profound connection to their true selves, making breathwork one of the most powerful tools for transformation and healing.
